The club will pay $50 per member and pay for kids (under 16) in full.

Details for the Halibut-Striper Charter scheduled for Friday, June 24, 2022, on the Goldeneye 2000 located at K dock, Berkeley Marina (directly behind the Berkeley Marina Sportsmen’s Center.
1. Please be advised the Final Cutoff for payment, to reserve your spot is the Club meeting scheduled for Wednesday, June 15, 2022.
2. If payment is by check, please make your remittance payable to the Nor Cal Skipper’s Club.
3. For clarification, the Club via the Kids Fishing Fund, will only pay for those under 16 years of age and currently not eligible to be required to have a California Fishing License.
4. Please contact the Charter Master, Al Poon to confirm your reservation and guess if you did not attend the last Club meeting.
5. Recommended tackle:
-a. If using monofilament line, recommended is 20 pound and braid at 30 pound test.
-b. 3 way swivels, 14 inch dropper, and weights from 4 to 8 ounces (heavier if using mono).
-c. Initial Leader and hook supplied by the boat.
6. Recommended arrival time is no later than 5 a.m.
Update:
Our Party Boat trip was a success, with over 50 halibut caught on the Goldeneye 2000!
Four club members weighed in halibut over 20lbs:
23.5lbs (Gene), 22.4lbs (Bert), 21.9lbs (Rob), 21.5lbs (Erica).
